Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can make a return by following the conditions below:
Return period: We accept returns within 15 days of receipt of order.
Return shipping cost: Return shipping is at the customer's expense, it will be deducted from the total refund. In addition, the shipping cost initially paid will not be refunded in any case.

How to make a return?

1. To start the return process, send an email to info@beforsea.com with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Name and surname

2. Once we receive your request, we will send you an email with detailed instructions on how to return the product.

3. Refund process: Once we receive the item and verify that it is in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the amount of the item.

Can I make size or item exchanges?

At Be for Sea, we do not make size or item exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original item and make a new purchase of the item you want.

Requirements for returns:

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags intact.
We do not accept returns after the deadline.
