At Be for Sea, we want to make sure your shopping experience is as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Here you'll find all the information you need about our shipping and return policies.

Shipping

Spain – Mainland & Balearic Islands:

• Standard rate: €3.99 (free shipping on orders over €60).

• Delivery time: 2–7 business days.

Canary Islands:

We have an order fulfillment branch in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Stock at this location is limited, so shipping times may vary depending on the availability of each model. In some cases, orders may be shipped from our Madrid branch, which could slightly extend the delivery timeframe.

Home delivery costs €5.99. Although we cannot currently guarantee an exact delivery time, we commit to ensuring that your order arrives within a maximum of 20 days.

Orders over €60 qualify for free shipping.

European Union:

• Standard rate Portugal: €6.99 (free shipping on orders over €100).

• Standard rate rest of EU countries: €12.90 (free shipping on orders over €100).

• Delivery time: 7–15 business days.

Rest of the world:
Contact us and we’ll do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

 Returns

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it following the conditions below:

Return period: We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return shipping cost: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to request a return:

1. Email us at info@beforsea.com with the following details: Full name, Order number.

2. Once we receive your request, we’ll send you detailed return instructions via email.

3. Refund process: Once we receive the item and confirm it’s in perfect condition, we’ll process your refund.

Can I exchange for a different size or item?

At Be for Sea, we do not offer exchanges. If you want a different size or item, you’ll need to return the original product and place a new order for the one you want.

Return requirements:

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.

We do not accept returns after the return period has ended.
